COMING SOON - NEWLY RENOVATED PLAZA
Opening 2022

We are excited to share the much anticipated news about Southeast Financial Center’s renovated courtyard/plaza. The ownership has been committed to building a new, enhanced plaza that will complement the office tower, annex, as well as the downtown community. ​ The new design will exude a fresh new sense of arrival and hospitality, colors, materials, and lighting that have been meticulously selected to add a modern welcome, balance, and urbanity to the courtyard spaces. Completion and opening of the courtyard/plaza is projected for Summer 2022.

Please note, access to the plaza will continue to remain closed as it is not deemed safe to walk through or to utilize while the demolition and new construction is in progress.

THE SAFETY OF TENANTS, VISITORS AND WORKERS IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY.

We greatly appreciate your patience and support while we conduct this important improvement project. We will continue to provide you with routine updates, and keep you fully apprised of this project every step of the way.

HERE IS SOME HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR REVIEW:

  • Access to the courtyard/plaza continues to remain closed as it is not deemed safe to walk through or to utilize at this time.
  • Access to the pedestrian bridge and egress from the annex/garage and office tower will remain available.
  • The northeast lobby entry doors to the office tower will remain open for access. The northwest lobby doors connecting the plaza to the office tower remain closed.
  • The garage and garage elevators will remain fully operational for all levels. This includes access to the YMCA, and Brickell Dry Cleaners with accessibility from the street (lower lobby) and lobby level, along with the exterior plaza ADA ramp.
  • Emergency stairwells leading from the building to the exterior plaza will be available for exiting the building but not for re-entering.
  • The exterior valet is temporarily unavailable until further notice.
  • Zest Market and Federal Express are accessible from the lower lobby of the office tower
