The Conference Center will not be used for parties. The Conference Center will be used strictly for business meetings and training.
Loud music, smoking, decorating and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Catering for breakfast and lunch will be permitted.
No sterno candles or open flames for warming food will be permitted. The Conference Center main reception does supply microwaves and a small refrigerator for your use.
The Conference Center operating hours will be Monday – Friday from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, and closed on weekends and holidays.
No reservations will be allowed for people outside the Southeast Financial Center. This service is provided strictly for tenants only.
There is a cost recovery fee of $10/hour for the use of any room.
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance in order for the cleaning crew to set up.
All reservations are final. Any cancellation should be made with two days notice or will be subject to a penalty in the amount of the cost recovery fee ($10/hr).
The Conference Center includes certain amenities and audio visual equipment, however, we do not supply technical support.
Keys and any cables for TV equipment should be checked out & returned to the management office before end of business day at 5pm. Any keys, equipment returned before 8am and after 5pm should be with the upper lobby guard at the security station.
Tenants will be charged for any broken or missing equipment.
Tenants MUST use the Building Engines Resource Scheduler to reserve appropriate rooms. No reservations will be taken over the phone, and all approval or denial of the reservation will be communicated through this system.
Reservations for Rooms C & D have special set-up requirements, and that room should ONLY be booked with the specified set-up and capacity. Please contact management for details.
Tenants’ use of the Conference Center will be limited to 4 individual reservations per month. Repeating reservation request will count against the reservation limit.
